Due to improper programming of the brake control module, there is a possibility that under certain conditions the parking brake may not be set automatically when the brake hold system is deactivated (as designed). If this occurs, and the transmission is left in a gear other than “Park” or "Reverse", the vehicle could creep forward or backward.

If the ORC module does not receive a signal from the front impact sensor, both frontal air bags and the seat belt pre-tensioners will not deploy, increasing the risk of injury.
